Flow Patrol Privacy Policy

Flow Patrol, doing business as Flow Patrol (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides gutter cleaning in Denver, Boulder, and surrounding Front Range communities. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit our website, request a quote, book services, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we collect:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- Service information, such as your property address, requested work, property details, photographs you provide, and access instructions.
- Quote, appointment, communication, and service records.
- Payment and transaction information, where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Website usage information. We collect standard server logs and use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and whether a booking is started or completed.
- How you found us. Our site sets a first-party cookie on your first visit that remembers the ad campaign or link you came from, the referring site, and the first page you saw, for 30 days. We attach it to your booking so we know which of our marketing works. It isn't used to follow you on other sites.
Please provide only information relevant to your service request.
How we use information
We use your information to prepare quotes, arrange appointments, perform services, communicate about your work, process payments, maintain business records, understand which of our marketing works, and respond to questions or disputes.
If we send you marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those messages.
Keephall and other service providers
We use Keephall to help manage quotes, bookings, scheduling, and job coordination. Information you submit through our Keephall-powered forms is processed by Keephall on our behalf.
We also use service providers that need limited access to your information to do their part:
- JobNimbus, to keep our customer and job records and schedule appointments.
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Google Analytics, to measure how our website is used.
- Email delivery, hosting, and other business operations.
When we share information
We share relevant information with employees and service providers who need it to support or perform your requested services.
Independent local providers may perform the work we book. When they do, we share your name, contact information, service address, access instructions, and relevant job details with the provider assigned to your job, only so they can do the work.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect safety, or establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information. We use Google Analytics to measure visits and bookings on our site, and we may use that information to see how our online advertising performs.
Cookies
Our site uses a small number of cookies:
- Cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping your booking in progress and processing payments securely.
- Our first-party "how you found us" cookie, described above, which lasts 30 days.
- Google Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, though we won't know how you found us. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to complete services, resolve disputes, and meet recordkeeping obligations.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Contact help@theflowpatrol.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Your rights depend on applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity or retain certain records for legal reasons.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
